Daily roasting
We’ve been roasting coffee with flair and passion and following up the various stages that lead to a perfect roasted blend every day since 1930.
The roasting process is based on traditional craft methods typical of Venice, designed to enhance the aromas of the finest raw materials that we use.
The traditional machine we use roasts the different varieties separately, and the roasting method we use depends on the variety in question.
This process is also used for the blends. |
